The Lingua Sancta is a contemporary relic that you can hold in your hands. A recreation of the centuries old relic of St Anthony's incorrupt tongue. It is a powerful symbol of faith and divine intercession. This man was dead for 32 years (back in 1231 AD) when his remains were discovered to be in miraculous condition. His jaw and tongue appeared good as the day he died, inspiring the goldsmiths and clergy to combine forces and create an incredible relic. While paying homage to antiquity, this piece can be worn, held, spun and used to call on miracles. It features a swiveling design that reveals the phrase “What was lost is now found,” reflecting St. Anthony’s role in guiding seekers and recovering lost items. Traditionally, pilgrims would journey to venerate relics like St. Anthony’s tongue, seeking spiritual connection, guidance and miracles. Worn as a talisman, this kinetic pendant serves as a reminder that through faith, what is lost can be found.
