We primarily use Canadian or lab-grown diamonds for accent stones. Our gold and silver are almost always recycled, as the refining and reselling of precious metals are standard practices in the industry. While no sourcing is 100% guaranteed unless bought directly from a mine, we are committed to ethical and sustainable practices whenever possible.

Custom orders are non-refundable after the deposit is made, but any manufacturing defects are covered under our six-month warranty.
